I found this recipe of whole wheat pancakes on Skinny Taste and decided to give it a try. I love how it excludes any oil or butter, and it still tastes delicious!
I served the pancakes with a couple of berries and sugar free maple syrup. An easy nutritious breakfast that fills you up!

I followed the recipe as it is, but I did increase the amount of sugar to one tablespoon.
